Easy Filter Selection for Different Views on Information

Most information displayed can be filtered to cater for different views to compare information.

Making decisions without all the information you need can be costly and time consuming. RemCalc provides your company with reports they need for a full compensation analysis. RemCalc offers visual graphs from which you can obtain information on top and under performers, benchmark salary lines, gender salary distribution and a wide variety of other variables.

Information can be filtered on the following criteria for comparison: Employment, Division, Gender, Race, Job Category, Job Title, Cost Code, Job Level and Date Engaged.

Filters to Inspect and Compare Information

By utilizing the filters within in the application, you can view and compare your data per filter or group of filters. The below picture shows how you can use the built-in filters to compare the average increase per rating for all employees (left hand column) versus the average increase for all employees on job grade level A1 (middle column) versus all employees with the job title “Supervisor – Technical Services” (right hand column).

The built-in filter function allows for a comprehensive overview to view any criteria that is needed for detailed reporting to be displayed via visual graphs.
